I needed to replace my stove, oven and refrigerator this week. I went to a number of shops around Riga and was not impressed. Some places had a good selection but were quite expensive. I went to one shop that sold seconds, graded goods, and used goods. They lied to me about the state of the units I was looking at which turned me off. Then I went to Big Ben.
What a difference. The Big Ben sales woman, Zane, helped us and was friendly, knowledgeable, honest and professional. They had a great selection and the quality was really good. When she told us that we would have a 2 year warrantee on whatever we purchased I was sold. We bought a very nice stove/oven and a beautiful double door refrigerator at 75% less than retail. It had one little scratch on the side that no one can see. Everything else was perfect and state of the art. It even has a water filter on it.
So if you are in the market for an appliance then I highly recommend Big Ben.
