Kabuki

Kabuki restaurants serve Asian/Italian cusine and are located in a number of locations around Riga. They target themselves to upscale patrons who like to be seen at a nice restaurant.

We tried the duck and vegetables cooked in a wok. It was tasty and very nicely presented albiet a small portion. The price of 9 Lvl seemed a bit high. Also tried was the spicy teka maki sushi roll. It was not spicy at all but was ok. 2.50 Lvl. Kabuki also serves pizza and pasta dishes. I tried the salami pizza, 6.00 Lvl. If you like your pizza without any taste at all you will love Kabuki’s pizza. It had no sauce. Only cheese, salami and sliced tomatoes. Absolutely tasteless. I did not finish it since it was not worth the calories.

Service was good and the waitstaff was very polite and helpful. The restaurant itself was very clean and modern.

Overall, I will probably not return to Kabuki. I felt it was way over priced. The quality to value was very poor.
